Sources of funds: RI Housing, HOME, Targeted Loan, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, and Historic Tax Credits. Total Development Cost: $6.2 million, Occupancy Winter 2001.

Low Income Housing Tax Credits were used to continue the redevelopment of this section of South Providence. As part of this project, the oldest building in South Providence was relocated onto a new foundation and preserved.
