Sources of funds: HOME, NOP, Town funding and Citizens Bank First Mortgage. Project complete, Fall of 2003.This site previously housed a nine unit building with a fire damaged middle section.  Coordination with the town and Rhode Island Housing transformed this site into 6 beautiful state of the art affordable apartments.
